DESCRIPTION
     This is a productive working Ranch of 8,000 acres, a rare and unique property bordering the National Forest for 4 miles. Wherever you look the views are spectacular.

     Antelope Run Ranch has large irrigated hay meadows with significant agricultural water rights, rolling hills and forests that range in elevation from 6,900 feet to 8,100 feet.

     The ten miles of South Horse Creek that flows thru the heart of the Ranch is large enough to satisfy the avid fisherman. There are three large spring fed ponds on the property with two aerated ponds offering excellent fishing with stocked rainbow trout.

GUEST CABIN
     This humble looking totally remodeled 1,620 sq. ft. log sided cabin overlooks Molly’s Pond and The Wyoming Range Mountains. The Cabin is lovingly furnished in western décor and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

CABIN BY THE ELK FEEDGROUND
     After a trek through the snow on snowmobile, snowshoes, or skis this adorable one room cabin is a great place to stop in and warm up. It has a wood burning stove, small kitchenette and sleeping accommodations.

AIRSTRIP
     This fully equipped FAA, DEQ certified Airstrip is located just minutes from the Ranch entrance. The Airstrip is 7,850 feet long, 80 feet wide and was built by a well known airport builder, Lansing Tuttle, and accommodates all jets and planes except a C-130 and Airbus. The Airstrip is also equipped with remote runway lights for night landings.

     The Airstrip is 50 feet longer than New York's LaGuardia Airport and is included in the sale of the Ranch.

WILDLIFE & RECREATION
     There is abundant wildlife on the Ranch throughout the year. For the avid sportsman, the Ranch borders 4 miles of the Bridger-Teton National Forest and has antelope, elk, mule deer, bear, mountain lion, bobcat, moose, fox, coyote, sage grouse, sandhill cranes, raptors, waterfowl and several other bird species. Adjacent to the Ranch is a 640 acre State Land section that hosts a State Elk Feed ground with approximately 800 elk wintering annually.

One can ride for hours on the property and into the National Forest. This property is a hunter’s paradise. Hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling are excellent.

Summer or winter Antelope Run Ranch is the place to be. Spring with the blooming wildflowers and fall with its brilliant colors are absolutely breathtaking.
